GetProp as the name suggests is all about “Get your Property”. In layman’s terms, it’s an innovative tech-driven solution that helps real estate brokers find your perfect property match. The app circumscribes everything from searching for a property, initiating digital contracts and even scheduling a property visit. 

This B2B app is developed specifically for real estate brokers, allowing them to work in tandem to address the unmet gaps of their clients more efficiently and flawlessly.  

How Does GetProp Actually work?

As soon as a real estate agent registers with GetProp, their property listings get automatically uploaded to the app. All they need to do is meet the requirements of their clients. The app does the rest by trawling through several property listings to best match the customer preferences. 

What Made You Come Up With This App?

Dwelling in the real estate business in Dubai for more than a decade has taught me the value of collaborations between different real estate agents. Primarily, agent-to-customer deals have a success rate of approximately 50% but their relationship is not structured. 

We saw a gap in the market and thought of coming up with something like GetProp could bridge it.

We are all set to roll out our app in mid-November and have already got tremendous engagement from Dubai’s real estate community. However, we’re already getting voluminous reach outs and listing options. We hope the numbers will shoot up significantly once we open registration to all UAE residents.
